Guest Terms
For someone attending as the guest of a person in The Collective.

Guests attend where the gathering allows a guest allowance, and by the invitation of the person who brought them. That person is responsible for making these terms known to you.
Same room, same rules
The privacy rule of the room applies to you exactly as it applies to everyone else, including any off the record or no recording rule.
What we hold about you
We hold your name and contact details for the arrival list and for safety, and any access or dietary need you tell us. This is covered by the Privacy Notice and by the Data Retention Schedule.
Photography
Photography and filming follow the Photography and Media Release. Tell a member of the house at the door if you prefer not to be photographed and we will note it and respect it.
A guest place is not a place in The Collective
Attending as a guest carries no ongoing access and does not create a place in The Collective. If a place would suit you, ask to be introduced.
