A place is personal

A place in The Collective is offered by invitation, to you personally. It is not transferable, not for sale and not held by a company on your behalf.

How a place begins

You submit a request for consideration or are introduced. The house reviews it against the standards of the Collective: character, contribution, discernment and alignment. Consideration is not a promise, and the house is not required to explain a decision.

What the house offers

• Access to programming as published, subject to capacity and to the access state of each gathering.
• A private area with your own record and consent settings.
• Correspondence you have asked to receive.

The house does not promise deals, guaranteed introductions, financial outcomes or access to any investor.

What is asked of you

• Accuracy in what you tell the house about yourself.
• Discretion. What is said in a room marked off the record stays there.
• Care for the room: honor reservations, release places you cannot use, and treat everyone present with respect.
• No solicitation of the room as a sales list.

Ending a place

You may leave at any time by writing to the house. The house may end a place where these terms are broken, where conduct harms the room, or where the standards are no longer met. Where fees have been paid, any unused portion is handled as set out in the arrangement for those fees.

Your content

What you write in your profile stays yours. You give the house permission to display it inside the private area to the extent your consent settings allow.

Liability

The house takes reasonable care in running the network but does not accept responsibility for the conduct, statements or commercial dealings of anyone in the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes belong to the courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, unless local law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
