Photography and Media Release
How images, film, audio and quotes from our rooms may be used, and how to say no.

Consent led
Photography, video, audio recording, quotes and testimonials are each a separate permission in the consent center. We act only on the permissions you have granted, and you can withdraw any of them at any time.
What a grant allows
Where you grant a permission, you allow The Intelligentsia to record you in that medium at its gatherings and to use the result in Intelligentsia materials: the website, correspondence, recaps and invitations. Use is worldwide, non exclusive and royalty free for as long as the permission stands.
Partners and sponsors
Material is shared with a partner or sponsor only where you have granted partner and sponsor use for that purpose.
Withdrawal
Withdraw a permission and we stop new use immediately and remove the material from our own channels within thirty days. We cannot recall printed matter already distributed or material a third party has already published in reliance on the earlier permission.
Rooms that allow none of it
Where a gathering is marked no photography or no recording of any kind, that rule governs the whole room regardless of individual permissions.
At the door
Tell a member of the house on arrival if you would rather not appear in anything. We note it for that gathering and pass it to whoever is photographing.
