Speaker Terms

What we agree

• The subject, format, length and date of your session, confirmed in writing before the gathering.
• Whether the room is on the record or off the record.
• Whether the session is recorded and how any recording may be used.
• Any fee, expenses or travel arrangement, agreed in writing in advance.

Your material

Your material remains yours. You grant The Intelligentsia permission to record the session where agreed, and to use excerpts and stills in Intelligentsia materials. You confirm you hold the rights to anything you present.

The room

Sessions are conversations, not sales presentations. Sponsored content is disclosed to the room in advance or not delivered.

Changes

If either side must move or cancel, tell the other as early as possible. Where the house cancels within seven days of the date, agreed non recoverable expenses are covered.
