Sponsor Terms

What sponsorship includes

• Named association with a specific gathering, in the form agreed in writing.
• Presence in the room as agreed: attendance places, hosting role or a moment on the programme.
• Use of your marks by the house for that gathering only.

What sponsorship never includes

• The attendee list, contact details or any export of people in the room.
• Introductions to named individuals.
• Editorial control over the programme or over who is invited.
• Any endorsement by The Intelligentsia of your product, service or performance.

People come first

Photographs, footage and quotes are shared with a sponsor only for people who have granted partner and sponsor use. Nothing else leaves the room.

Payment and cancellation

Fees, dates and cancellation terms are set out in the signed sponsorship agreement for the gathering, which governs over this summary.

Conduct

Sponsors are guests of the house. The room is not a lead list, and direct solicitation in the room ends the association.
