Confidentiality
Names, contact details and arrival lists shared with you are confidential, are used only to deliver the engagement, and are destroyed or returned within thirty days of the gathering.
Data protection
Where you handle personal information on our behalf you act only on our written instructions, keep it secure, do not engage a further supplier without our consent, and tell us within twenty four hours of any suspected breach.
Photography and footage
Material captured at our gatherings belongs to The Intelligentsia unless the engagement says otherwise. It may not be used in your own portfolio or social channels without written permission for each use.
In the room
Respect the privacy rule of the room. Off the record means your team too. Do not approach people in the room commercially.
Insurance and compliance
Maintain the licences and insurance your trade requires and provide evidence on request.
Payment
Fees, schedules and cancellation terms are set out in the purchase order or engagement letter for the work, which governs over this summary.
